INTERNAL CIRCULAR
First of all, on behalf of MBWA committee I would like to express our gratitude towards the support and approval of using our fund to contribute in the recent destructive flood disaster; especially in Selangor and Pahang area.
We had begun our purchase and distribution since 21/12/2021. I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to RO Water, Laboost Beverage and Waterworld Network in support of the bottled water, special thanks to Mr CC Tan, Stephen Lee, WS Ng in assisting me during the purchase and distribution. Our great honor to work with various NGO and volunteers across the nation in distributing the bottled water. With their helps our activities can move out smoothly. For the records, we had purchased total 141,600bottles of 500ml bottled water and 12,642 packs of biscuit pack.
Hereby I listed down the details of the distribution and fund amount:

- 21/12/2021 – Relief Center at Persiaran Kemuning Prima (beside Pizza Hut)

- 21/12/2021 – Merak Mall, Meru
: 24,000 bottles 500ml
- 22/12/2021 – Kolej Mara Banting
: 12,096 bottles 500ml
- 23/12/2021 – Puchong relief center
:35,904 bottles 500ml
- 27/12/2021 – Kuantan Food bank for flood relief
: 21,600 bottles 500ml
